Kangaroo Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
  1. 500g Kangaroo mince
  2. 400g tomato puree
  3. 1/2 cup of red wine
  4. 1 x Onion finely chopped
  5. Salt, Pepper & Nutmeg (to taste)
  6. 1 x Packet of Spagetti (Cooked)
Instructions
  1. Fry onion until transparent
  2. Add mince, salt, pepper & nutmeg and combine well
  3. Mix in tomato puree & red wine
  4. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes
  5. Serve with cooked spagetti & garnish with parsley
